Sian
Sian Sykes is the founder of Psyched Paddleboarding.
Sian has travelled the world, building up vast experience of leading expeditions to Nepal, Mongolia, India, China, Peru, Morocco and the Alps. Sian loves a SUP challenge! Sian has completed numerous record breaking challenges.
Her love for the outdoors is infectious, and she’s inspired people of all ages and from all walks of life to get out and SUP. Sian is a global Ambassador for Starboard, team rider for Starboard UK, an official partner for Peak UK, and an ambassador for Water Skills Academy, and Aquapac. Sian has appeared in the media ranging from television programmes, live interviews, magazines and newspaper publications. Sian is a regular contributor to SUP International sharing her expert SUP knowledge. Sian is also a Water Skills Academy Trainer.

MARK
Mark has been working in the great outdoors for nearly 20 years, in the UK and abroad, such as Nepal! He loves expeditions and he is a WSA Expedition Guide. He is very knowledgeable and you will feel well looked after with Mark.
DIONE
Dione is our lovely front of house Psyched assistant, she is your point of contact to help with bookings and store enquires. Dione provides such a lovely warm welcome with her bubbly attitude. She loves the outdoors especially SUP, hiking and surfing. She is wishing to be trained by us to be the next Psyched instructor! We think she will be fab! She has completed the 3 Lakes Challenge for charity!
HOLLY
Holly is our lovely front of house Psyched assistant, she is your point of contact to help with bookings and store enquires. All our customers loves Holly as provides a warm welcome. She will also be part of the Psyched instructor team too! You will see Holly out on the water helping to inspire others into SUP.
MARY
Mary has been working as an multi-activity outdoor instructor for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience to share. She is often found exploring the coastline of beautiful North Wales. Part mermaid part fish she loves to be both in and on the water.
HAMISH
Hamish is a family man, he is a father to 3 awesome kids. He is also a teacher and DofE trainer and assessor too. He is passionate about getting outside and having fun on the water. He enjoys SUP and surfing in Wales. Sian is best friends with his wife and the fiery godmother to his youngest son Fyn.
EMILY
Emily is a little ray of sunshine, providing encouragement and support for our customers learning to SUP. She is another mermaid too, just like Sian and Mary. Emily is also fluent in welsh.
DAVE
Dave is Psyched Paddleboardings Tech Advisor and instructor. He has over 30 years working in the outdoor industry with outstanding experience and knowledge in coaching and paddle sport. He has been the Coach to the GB Women’s Rafting Team who eventually went on to win Gold at the Worlds!
