DELIVERY + RETURNS + EXCHANGES

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you aren’t completely satisfied with new items and wish to return an item let us know by phone or email. Our returns policy is strictly 14 days from receipt of the item. We must have received a ‘return request’ by phone or email within the 14 days. The item must be unused, in perfect condition still within its original packaging otherwise we cannot exchange/refund your item.

Please be aware: Our returns policy for purchases made from our physical, Menai Bridge, store varies from orders made online. Please see below ‘returning items from the physical, Menai Bridge, store’ We do not accept returns on preloved and sale items.




HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

1.Contact us by phone or email to make a ‘return request’

2.We will acknowledge your return request and email simple return details for you to follow and the return address. Please do not send anything back to us prior to receiving our returns email.

3.Please package your item appropriately. We are unable to refund items that arrive damaged in transit that aren't packaged adequately.

4.Send your item to the address we will give you, within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return. We recommend you send your product by recorded (tracked best) delivery, and retain proof of postage just in case anything goes missing. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We are unable to refund your postage costs.

5.Once we have received your item we will contact you to let you know your return has been processed. Following this please allow 3-5 days for funds to appear in your account.

CAN I RETURN SALE OR PRELOVED ITEMS?

Items that are in the sale or preloved are not available for a refund.


CAN I RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE?

Yes if the item is available. Please be aware this might not always be possible. Simply follow our returns steps and make an exchange request before returning the item.

 

THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED WHAT SHALL I DO?

We carefully package items for shipping. If unfortunately your item arrives damaged following transit please contact us. We will advise you on what steps to take next. Please retain the item and its packaging. If the outer packing is damaged please keep this until we have advised on the next steps. Please report any damages to us within 48 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time. 

 

RETURNING ITEMS FROM THE PHYSICAL, MENAI BRIDGE, STORE:

Due to UK regulations regarding distance selling our online returns policy varies from our physical store. Returns purchased from our physical store must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. The item must be unused, in perfect condition still within its original packaging otherwise we cannot accept your item. Eligible returns will be offered an exchange or refund.


This does not affect your statutory rights.


 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping to the UK from £5.95. We do not charge for packaging and where possible we try to recycle packaging and use paper products.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 days. During busy periods or during challenging Covid times it may take a little longer. We will do our best to have your order with you as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us letting you know your goods are on their way. Following our dispatch email we expect the courier service to deliver in approximately 1- 3 working days. In the event that you haven’t received your order please contact us by email or phone quoting your order number. All our parcels are sent recorded so we are able to email your tracking number to trace your parcel.

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY OR SPEEDY DELIVERY?

Should you need your order in a hurry please do contact us by phone to see if it is possible. An additional 24hr/48hr delivery charge will be added.

CAN I BUY ONLINE AND COLLECT FROM THE STORE?

Yes you can. Please select the pick up option at checkout and you won't be charged delivery. 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

At the moment our online checkout only allows shipping within the UK, however, if you would like an item to be sent outside the UK please email us with the shipping destinations full address. If possible to ship we will give you a shipping quote.
