"We did the SUP Safety and Awareness course with Pyched. It was spot on for teaching us the skills we need to safely plan and carry out SUP trips whether in the sea, on lakes or rivers. We learned about weather, tides, currents, as well as the safety aspects including gear choice, preparation and rescue. It was interesting and the few hours of classroom stuff wasn't too heavy going at all. The locations used were stunning. Even the classroom and cafe were lovely!We practiced on one of the Snowdonia Lakes and then paddled on the second day along the beautiful Menai Straits. We got sea, river and lake experience all in one weekend.Sian and Joe were both very friendly and professional. They are both so very knowledgeable and they definitely have a passion for the outdoors and their sports.Everything was provided for us, including clean and well maintained equipment, clothes, changing mats, changing robes; even tea and biscuits!I absolutely highly recommend Psyched SUP for training and guiding. I am looking forward to joining Sian and her team for some more SUP trips."

"We did Intro to Paddleboarding on Llyn Padarn, Snowdonia where we were well looked after by Joe. Unbelievably we were standing up on the boards within 15 mins and only 1 dip in the lake! Really good fun for all ages and levels of fitness and a lovely way to spend time out on the water in beautiful scenery. All kit provided plus expert guidance whilst you found your Paddleboarding feet and a nice hot drink and welshcake at the end! Would definitely do it again."
