They chatted about the connection between the outdoors & wellbeing and how Wales is a perfect country for it. She did a sterling job flying the flag for SUP. The panel well and truly inspired the audience to get outside in Wales.

She was lucky enough to meet legend Richard Parks who was also on the panel.
