Psyched Paddleboarding is a well established brand. We are stand up paddleboarding (SUP) specialists who have a huge passion for SUP and our love for the sport is infectious! We run world class SUP Experiences such as magical Night Paddling Tours, SUP Guided Tours around Anglesey and we offer SUP Courses teaching novices to SUP all the way through to technical skills training.
We have been heavily featured in the media such as The Guardian, The Independent, The Observer, Blue Peter, Country File, Coast & Country and Our Coast to name a few.

Wanted: Shop & Booking Assistant
Role Type: Full Time

Acting as a brand ambassador, a relationship builder and a team player - driven to contribute to the Psyched Paddleboard reputation, growth and success. You love working in a fast-paced environment. You’re a multi-tasker, self-driven and confident interacting with all levels of management. You’re well-spoken and have a real zest for life!
You'll take pride in continually delivering the highest and most consistent standards of customer service, visual standards, profitability and productivity of our shop and services. Taking personal ownership for the performance of our shop, you will spot business opportunity that drive results. You will achieve all this while ensuring our customers remain at the heart of every decision you make, all part of a normal day in retail. We don't need to tell you that you will need outstanding organisation and communication skills, its second nature! What We Are Looking For:
At Psyched Paddleboarding we pride ourselves in delivering the very best exhilarating Paddleboarding activities and we require a Psyched Assistant to help support our delivery of building unforgettable memories to our customers. You will be part of the core team to help create life long, memorable moments for people that will last forever.

You will work as part of an experienced team, by assisting with setting up for sessions, washing kit, organising and storing equipment and kit, preparing materials for courses and demonstrations. Supporting the Shop Assistant and instructional team with day to day duties.
You will also assist with general duties as requested including opening, greeting customers and liaising with regulars and members to ensure the Psyched brand environment is maintained.
