Join us on the 10th September for an exciting Porpoise and Paddleboard Safari afternoon guided by Psyched Paddleboarding and the wonderful North Wales Wildlife Trust. We are delighted to collaborate once again to share our passion for porpoise, the environment and Stand up Paddleboarding!

The day will be spent exploring the rugged coastline of Anglesey, all against the stunning backdrop of Snowdonia. The team will guide you along the coastal path and tell you about the fascinating marine and birdlife. We will stop for a plastic free picnic whilst looking out for porpoise and learning about their intriguing life. After porpoise spotting on the headland, the team will then take you to the SUP location.

This is a wonderful and perfect way to experience an understanding of marine and bird life. You will have a great opportunity to spot porpoise from the headland and to learn about their intriguing life.

During the afternoon you will also understand our philosophy to inspire and educate others about Leaving No Trace and to consider our impact on the environment. You will gain an insight to making small changes in your daily life to have a positive effect on the environment. Plus an added bonus to enjoy a healthy picnic lunch which will be plastic free lovingly made by Sian.

A percentage of the proceeds from the afternoon will be donated to the North Wales Wildlife Trust. Sian’s Nain (grandmother in Welsh) was incredibly passionate about wildlife and spent many years studying and taking photography of flora and fauna. She was actively involved with wildlife charity work and spent time raising money for the North Wales Wildlife Trust. Sian is now continuing her Nain’s legacy.

The Wildlife Trust recognise how important nature is in all aspects of our daily lives and believe it should be at the heart of our society. To achieve this we stand up and work for nature on all fronts.

They rescue and restore places for wildlife and people, and influence and help others to do the same. Each year they reach millions of people to inspire them about wildlife and the natural world.

Every Wildlife Trust is run by and accountable to the local people passionate about the wildlife and wild places in their area. Together they have a mission to create Living Landscapes, to secure Living Seas and to inspire people to value and take action for nature.
