PAUSE & RECONNECT SUP RETREAT

Sometimes work and life is so hectic that it leaves us feeling fragmented, scattered and unsteady. Pause for a weekend of self care and reconnection with nature through movement, stillness, silence and sound healing in the beautiful National Park of Snowdonia , North Wales. There will be Paddleboarding..... Yoga...... Sound healing... The objective of the weekend is to encourage participants to pause, reconnect to nature and themselves, thereby transforming their state of being into balance, harmony with a sense of feeling grounded and centred.

The SUP Retreat is a perfect break away with close friends or family or by yourself. Join us for a couple of blissful days, to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, re connect with with yourself and take time to enjoy the precious moments.

  • 07:00 - Gong bath

PRE REQUISTES

  • You are able to swim 50 meters in light clothing
  • Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions and any metalwork in the body
  • Adults only

NOTES

  • A minimum of 10 guests for the activity to run or you could book an exclusive private session
  • 200.00 non refundable deposit required to confirm booking

WHAT TO BRING

  • Reusable water bottle (1 Litre)
  • Personal medication(s)
  • Comfortable yoga/lounge wear clothes
  • Blanket
  • Change of warm clothes and footwear (before and after paddle boarding)
  • Spare set of underwear
  • Head torch and spare batteries
  • Warm jacket as the temperatures will drop in the evening when the sun goes down
  • Comfortable trousers for relaxing
  • T-shirt
  • Warm jumper for the evenings (such as a fleece)
  • Socks & underwear
  • Warm hat and gloves
  • Trainers to wear around the camp in the evening
  • Toothpaste, toothbrush and other personal hygiene items
  • Camera (we recommend a waterproof just in case)  

LOCATION

We try to run our retreat at Trigonos, Plas Baladeulyn, Nantlle. It is set within an 18 acre estate in a quiet Snowdonia valley. It is close to a lake within a superb mountain landscape that looks up to the west face of Snowdon. Trigonos has a welcoming atmosphere, comfortable residential accommodation, a range of pleasant workrooms and plenty of refreshing outdoor space. A place that gives you great freedom to run your programme the way you want while we provide unobtrusive but very effective support as and when you need it. Serving excellent vegetarian food that can satisfy even regular meat eaters and creatively meet essential dietary needs. The estate includes meadowland, small woodlands, a stream running down to the lake, a field for growing vegetables, salads and fruits for our kitchen and space to simply wander or just quietly sit.


WHAT IS A GONG BATH?

Relaxation & meditation through sound. Using vibrations from gongs & bowls to bring the body into balance & harmony, physically, emotionally & spiritually.
